NACP Practical Guidelines for Targets of Lobbying: Rules for Transparent Interaction with Business

The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) has developed practical guidelines for the targets of lobbying – participants in the law-making process (Members of Parliament, ministry staff, and other state authorities empowered to adopt or initiate regulatory acts).

The introduction of legal lobbying in Ukraine has established new rules of the game not only for lobbyists but also for the state itself. To ensure that communication is transparent, ethical, and safe, it is crucial for public officials to clearly understand their rights and obligations under the new Law "On Lobbying."
