Webinar with NACP: Preparing for the Launch of the Transparency Register

Ahead of the upcoming launch of the Transparency Register, and as part of ongoing efforts to prepare professionals for the new regulatory environment, the Ukrainian Lobbying Association (ULA) hosted a specialized webinar featuring representatives from the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP).

During the working meeting on January 15, 2026, participants walked through the functionality of the new register and discussed the practical application of the newly enacted Lobbying Law.

The discussion centered on several critical areas:

• Core Register Tools: Navigating the technical features and interface of the new platform.
• Reporting Requirements: Clarifying exactly which entities and individuals are legally mandated to register.
• Impact on Stakeholders: Analyzing the anticipated operational changes for both corporations and civil society organizations.

A major focus of the webinar was placed on ensuring total process transparency and maintaining strict compliance with the new legislation.

Moving forward, the Ukrainian Lobbying Association will continue its series of preparatory events for the professional community. These initiatives are designed to facilitate a smooth transition to the new regulatory framework and to firmly establish transparent, world-class standards within Ukraine's lobbying sector.
