The Association submitted to Parliament a draft law on the regulation of lobbying activities, developed and agreed upon by the expert community.

UAL Presented a Lobbying Bill to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

The Ukrainian Association of Lobbying announced that it has submitted to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine a draft law on the regulation of lobbying activities in Ukraine, developed in cooperation with the expert community. The document was prepared with the participation of профиль lawyers, business representatives, civil society organizations, and international consultants.

According to the Association, the bill aims to establish transparent and clear rules for interaction between businesses, public organizations, and state authorities. Among the key provisions are the introduction of an official register of lobbyists, reporting mechanisms, and ethical standards for professional activities.

Representatives of the Association stated that the adoption of the document would become an important step toward increasing the transparency of political processes, aligning Ukrainian legislation with European practices, and creating a civilized market for public interest representation.
