Ukrainian Lobbying Association and Ader Haber Law Firm unite efforts
A new step toward transparent lobbying: Ukrainian Lobbying Association and Ader Haber Law Firm are joining forces to advance ethical lobbying in Ukraine.
On October 1, board members of the Ukrainian Lobbying Association held a working meeting with the team from ADER HABER Law Firm. The discussion focused on establishing clear, ethical, and effective rules of engagement for business-government interaction in Ukraine.
Together with Viktor Zalizniuk, Head of the firm's GR Practice, the participants concluded that shaping a mature lobbying market requires not only legislative reform, but also a strong expert community. To that end, the Association and ADER HABER discussed pooling their experience and expertise.
Key next steps include hosting a series of joint professional events and creating open platforms where business representatives, government officials, and industry experts can communicate directly, free from bureaucratic barriers. The partners will also work together to implement international best practices in lobbying and advocacy in Ukraine.
